TOPSIS Method for Teaching Effect Evaluation of College English with Interval-Valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy Information

Teaching effect evaluation of College English is frequently considered as a multiattribute group decision-making (MAGDM) issue. Thus, novel MAGDM method needed to tackle it. Depending on the classical TOPSIS and interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IVIFSs), this paper designs intuitive distance-based IVIF-TOPSIS for teaching English. First all, related literature review conducted. Furthermore, some necessary theories IVIFSs are briefly reviewed. In addition, weights attribute decided objectively by using CRITIC method. Afterwards, relying distance measures between IVIFSs, conventional extended calculate closeness degree each alternative from positive ideal solution (IVIF-PIS).
